BUILDING AN EVEN BETTER CLUB LA SANTA
As part of our ongoing development programme, selected areas of the resort are being upgraded to improve facilities, comfort and sustainability for all guests. On this page, you’ll find the latest updates on current and upcoming renovation works, including timelines, affected areas and alternative arrangements where available. We aim to keep disruption to a minimum while delivering exciting improvements that will benefit your future stays at Club La Santa.
Renovations at Club La Santa
KEY PHASES INCLUDE:
2 April – 3 June 2026: Excavation works from North Reception to the Timeshare office (future supermarket site)
12 April – 14 December 2026: Phased refurbishment of apartments in Towers 1, 3, 50, 51 and 52
30 August 2026 – February 2028: Demolition of the Timeshare office and construction of the new entrance building and supermarket
These improvements are designed to enhance the overall guest experience and create a more modern and connected resort environment. Some noise may be experienced in affected areas, and we will do everything possible to minimise disruption.
